Annoyance #2 ~ New Hampshire

I really hate to have to add New Hampshire as one of my annoyances. It is such a pretty state. It's peaceful, except when the presidential primaries happen every four years. That's the reason New Hampshire becomes the second annoyance on my blog. Why did this state ever start the first in the nation presidential primary? Why did that state not just feel content to be a state with a primary, rather than insist that it always be first? Because of the presidential primary states that do their thing early, most people in the United States generally have little say in who is going to be the presidential nominee. It's crazy. The early states that have primaries grab all the thunder. Thumbs down on New Hampshire for starting this.
